Changed a majority of the queries to now use prepared MySQL statements to reduce DB load

Web

All images for duplicated games can now use the image files for their "real game". For example, if you duplicate the TF game, you no longer need to also update those other game directories with image files. This should help when updates come out and duplicated games are missing image files.

We have not removed the logic in the game duplicator yet to not copy these files. We will resolve this in a future release.

Multiple unneeded joins were removed to speed up database processing
The updater has been enhanced to provide output on what task it is performing. This should help determine where an issue may occur during upgrading.

Some weapon statistics for Team Fortress require SuperLogs. Be sure to update your SuperLogs with this update as well.

Added logic to the daemon to track when a player_penetration event occurs. We now log the kill under the machina weapon and flag a PlayerAction event for player_penetration
